- With our offices closing all of our support people have been enabled to work from home in their various capacities.

What does COVID-19 Alert Level Four mean for TSB Real Estate office opening hours?
From Thursday 26 March, our offices will all be closed to ensure we’re doing our bit to protect our vendors, salespeople and wider communities.
Am I able to list my property for sale now?
TSB Real Estate has already appraised my home, am I able to list this with you now?
If we provided the appraisal in the past four weeks and have all the information we need, we may be able to get this underway for you. Please give your salesperson a call to discuss.
My property is currently on the market, are you able to bring people through?
Due to the COVID-19 Level Four alert, we are unable to bring anyone through the property or hold any open homes.
My property is currently on the market, will it still be advertised?
All online advertising will continue to run as planned, however no new print advertising will be booked until further notice.
My property currently has a conditional contract on it, what does this now mean?
This will depend on the conditions of the contract. Please contact your solicitor to discuss options.
I have signed to buy another property, what will happen with that?
